Balendra combines his knowledge and skillset from 35 years in the hospitality industry and 20 years as a licensed real estate professional in Florida to provide his clients with advice on hospitality valuation, operational, and development services. His clients range from those on a corporate level to individual investors. Balendra is currently a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) accreditation group. Over the years Balendra has established strong relationships with major international hotel chains, such as Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, Accor, and Intercontinental Hotels. He is also a certified Hotel administrator by American Hotel & Lodging Association.
